We Have an Expert Team for All of Your Needs

At Marxaire, Inc., we focus on being a commercial construction HVAC subcontractor. We handle both new, ground-up construction and tenant improvements and remodels. We regularly install systems for restaurants, banks, retail, medical and dental offices, and schools. Our staff of Sheet Metal Journeymen has all been trained locally at CITC.

In our building, we have a full sheet metal fabrication shop, including a full coil line. That means that we make all of our own ductwork and just about anything else that needs to be fabricated in a fraction of the time. We also fabricate sheet metal for customers, including making curbs for RTUs, exhaust fans, and condensers.

We also have a service department that services both commercial and residential HVAC systems. The service department supports our construction department by offering preventative maintenance contracts for the construction projects we complete. On the residential side, we repair and replace furnaces, air conditioning units, and thermostats. On the commercial side, we repair and replace rooftop units, split systems, and basically everything that deals with temperature control.
